I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT CAN I DO?

Please check your spam folder. Sometimes they slip into there. If you still cannot find it, please contact customerservice@bestseller.com.

 

WHERE'S MY ORDER?

After you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order details.

We send all our parcels from our warehouse in Poland. Once your order has been sent, you’ll also receive the tracking information by email. 

It can take up to 2 working days before you can track the parcel. The tracking can only start once the package has arrived at the sorting facility in your country.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, you can’t make any changes once you’ve completed the checkout process, since we send your order information directly to our warehouse system for a speedy delivery.

You can easily place another order if you want to add an item.

If you’ve ordered something you don’t want to keep, just send it back using the return label included with each parcel. We do charge a return fee of 4,95 EUR which will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed. 

If the carrier is unable to deliver the parcel because of an incorrect name or address, the parcel will automatically be returned to us at no cost to you.

Once we’ve received it at our warehouse, we’ll send you an automated email and proceed with your refund within 14 working days.

 

PAYMENT

HOW ARE THE DISCOUNTS CALCULATED?

Our discounts are calculated as a percentage of the recommended retail price.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay using your credit card, maestro card or Google Pay. More options will follow.

 

ARE YOU APPLYING THE TEMPORARY VALUE ADDED TAX RATE CUT FROM 23% TO 21% AS OF 1ST SEPTEMBER 2020?

Yes we are – the tax rate has been adjusted and all prices will show the 21% tax rate. 

 

DELIVERY

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME?

Standard Delivery 4-9 working days.

 

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Currently we only delivery to Ireland. But more countries will follow in the coming weeks and months.

 

WHICH DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

All our orders are being shipped with DHL. 

DHL Standard Home Delivery (delivery time 4-9 working days): 5,95 EUR

 

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER / ITEMS FROM AN ORDER?

Yes, you can return you order / items from an order within 28 days. In order to return your order / products you have to use the returns slip which we provided in the bag / box your order arrived in.

We do charge a return fee of 4,95 EUR which will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed. 

 

WHY DO I HAVE TO USE YOUR RETURN LABEL?

To maintain our low prices it is important we make all our processes as efficient as possible. For an efficient returns process it is important that all orders come in with all required data in a standardized format, which is the case with the returns slip.

 

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A FREE RETURNS SERVICE?

We keep our prices as low as possible so you can buy your favorite styles at a cheap price – so if we were to introduce a free returns service, this would increase our prices.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'VE LOST MY RETURNS SLIP?

 Our customer service can create and email you a new returns slip if you provide them your order number. You can contact them via customerservice@bestseller.com .
